Clinical Psychologist Rümeysa Gezer Günay completed her primary and high school education in Istanbul. She completed her undergraduate studies at Fatih Sultan Mehmet University on a scholarship, including a one-year English preparatory program. She also completed a one-year Pedagogical Formation program at the same university, earning a Guidance Counselor's license. During her studies, she completed her mandatory internship by working part-time in private clinics. She was then accepted into the Clinical Psychology Master's Program at Istanbul Altınbaş University and, after two years of training, earned the title of Clinical Psychologist. She has been actively practicing her profession for approximately eight years, advancing her career in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy school.
