What is AFA Peer Support Program?
  • For our Instructor Pilots (FI) and Pilot Candidates (Student), managed by volunteer and trained peers,
  • Aiming to increase flight safety and assist our teachers and students with the right approach,
  • Based on the principle of Human First,
  • Based on professionalism, volunteering, trust, confidentiality, and support,
  • It is a program implemented within the framework of the Aviation Personnel Peer Support Program Instruction (SHT-PSP).
  • The ultimate goal of the program is to support our flight instructors and students who apply to detect professional or personal problems early and prevent them from becoming serious.
  • The name of the program is AFA-PSP (AFA Peer Support Program) and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, it is essential to comply with the confidentiality and privacy of personal data/information at the highest level.
